KickstART festival 2021 / Digital Illustration
KickstART Festival is an annual week long arts festival, celebrating young creatives in Western Australia. I was invited to design the artwork for the festival based on the theme of ‘Our Path’. The artwork look looks to the ideas of rebirth, belonging, community and connection to place. It is inspired by way-finding stars, and depicts the stars, constellations and milky way that we see in the Perth night sky on the morning of the start of the festival, as well as the native flowering flora at that time of year.
